DESCRIPTION: LAIT 50 CP is a spray powder fatty food preparation. This ingredient is generated by dehydrating a blend of skimmed milk and emulsified copra oil. The processes ensure the product’s good dispersion and solubility.
ADVANTAGES: LAIT 50 CP can partially or totally replace full-cream milk powder in food applications. It helps increase the functional and organoleptic properties in the finished product while significantly reducing cost.
USE TIPS: This product can be used in its powder or reconstituted form (reconstitution: 0.9 litre of water for 130 g).
ORGANOLEPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Fluid powder, white to yellow colour, typical dairy smell and taste.

INGREDIENTS:
Skimmed Milk Powder, copra oil. Allergens: Contains milk protein, lactose – Manufactured in a workshop that uses: soy lecithin.
OTHER CHARACTERISTICS: Status / GMO: The product does not contain G.M.Os according to European regulations. Regulations (EC) N° 1829/2003 and N° 1830/2003. Undesirable substances: the product meets European regulations.
Treatment: the product is subject to no ionization treatment.
The product contains less than 1 % of trans fatty acid (in relation to the total fat).

STORAGE – PRESERVATION:
