DESCRIPTION:

LAIT 26 CP is a spray dried fat filled milk powder.
This ingredient is obtained by co-drying a mix of skimmed milk and emulsified coconut oil.
The process ensures good dispersibility and excellent solubility of the product.
 
Characteristics:   LAIT 26 CP can replace full cream milk powder in food applications.
